Three family TV series to watch this summer with the children

This summer we suggest try not to watch TV as far as possible. Specially mindless TV. Avoid just sitting around in front of the TV and surfing through channels. However, do have some recreation time with children where you will watch some movies or TV serials that you all enjoy together. Here are three TV series we recommend for your wonderful family bonding time.

Hannah Montana

by Disney Channel

It a funny series of a family with retired pop singer and two teenage children where one is talented and other one is a dud. I feel the parent-child relationship depicted in this series teaches a lot of wonderful parenting lessons. It shows how a single father raises his children with unconditional love, building a friendship, respecting and treating them equal, trusting them to learn their lessons.

I’m a teenager. We act without thinking and we get zits. That’s what we do.

A beautiful concept that shows how one can see the brighter side of the dark side. It is a series that show the tale of friendship amongst people living in the dark world. This series makes you fall in love with the characters in the dark work. Wonderful music and lessons of friendship make this series a wonderful family entertainment.

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to...

Avatar - The last airbender

by Nickelodeon

One of the best animation series I’ve watched in recent times. This is a very fast paced story of a fictional world at the war and the quest of few teenagers to save the world. Along with fast paced-edge of the seat storyline this series is full of humour and wisdom. The series wonderfully submit lessons of friendship, honour, forgiveness, and path of righteousness.

The greatest illusion of this world is the illusion of separation. Things you think are separate and different are actually one and the same. We are all one people, but we live as if divided.
